In order to be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following requirements:

→  Applicants must meet the academic MDP entry requirements.

→  Demonstrate excellent professional and academic track record.

→  To be eligible, students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4-point scale. 

→  Engage in extracurricular activities, community service, and entrepreneurial endeavors to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

→  The inability to pay for their studies out of their own funds.

→  Humphrey School of Public Affairs students will be best prepared for academic success with a strong liberal arts education background and good quantitative and analytical skills.

→  It is recommended that you have taken coursework in mathematics, statistics, and economics in the past.

→  Proficiency in the English language is necessary. You will need a minimum score of 600, 250, or 100 respectively for a paper-based, computer-based, or Internet-based TOEFL or IELTS test, with a total minimum score of 22 points per section.

→  The Graduate Record Exam (GRE) score must be valid. There is no specific score required.

→  Document required by HR is a salary/salary slip from the current employer or a bank statement from unemployment.

→  Two letters are required for the recommendation.

→  A copy of a valid passport ID page is required.

→  An updated resume or curriculum vitae(CV) is required.

→  Send all of your transcripts, including those from undergraduate and graduate-level coursework, if applicable.
